NORCET 11 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility requirements defined by AIIMS.

Educational Qualification

  • B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized university or institute, OR
  • Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) with at least 2 years of experience in a hospital having a minimum of 50 beds.

Registration Requirement

  • Must be a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife (RNRM) with the State Nursing Council or equivalent.

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 30 years
  • Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.

NORCET 11 Selection Process

The selection is based on a two-stage Computer-Based Test (CBT):

Stage I – Preliminary Exam

Stage II – Mains Exam

  • Conducted for shortlisted candidates.
