CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY - ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS
No cancellations & Refunds are entertained.
Discretionary Exceptions :
Scope: The Company may, at its sole discretion, grant exceptions to these subscription and digital content cancellation/refund terms in exceptional circumstances where strict application would be unreasonable.
Non‑exhaustive factors: verified serious illness/injury or bereavement; government restrictions; documented fraud/identity theft or unauthorized/minor purchases; duplicate or erroneous transactions; material service outages or access failures attributable to the Company.
How to request: Contact Support at support@nprep.in within 7 days of the charge, renewal, or affected session. Provide a brief explanation and any requested documentation. Failure to provide reasonable evidence may result in denial.
Form of relief: Depending on circumstances and extent of use, the Company may offer a pro‑rated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period, an account credit, a pause or extension of access, or a fee waiver. Monetary relief will not exceed amounts actually paid for the affected subscription period, unless required by law.
Non‑precedent and compliance: Decisions are final, made case by case, and do not waive the policy or create a binding precedent. Nothing limits non‑waivable statutory rights (e.g., applicable cooling‑off or digital content rules). If you purchased through an app store or reseller, their terms may apply.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY – PHYSICAL BOOKS AND NOTES
Scope: In addition to our digital subscription services, we may offer printed books and notes (“Physical Products”) for purchase via the app/website.
Serviceable locations: We currently ship within India, to pincodes serviceable by our courier partners. We may decline or cancel orders for addresses we cannot service.
Order processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Processing and dispatch may be delayed during peak periods, holidays, or due to stock constraints.
Estimated delivery timelines: Metro areas: 3–7 business days from dispatch; Non‑metro/remote: 5–10 business days from dispatch. Timelines are indicative and subject to courier operations, local restrictions, weather, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges and taxes: Shipping/handling fees and applicable taxes are shown at checkout and are non‑refundable once the order is dispatched.
Tracking and updates: Tracking details (where available) will be shared via the app, email, or SMS. Please monitor the tracking link for delivery attempts and contact the courier for appointment/reschedule options where offered.
Delivery attempts and RTO: Couriers generally attempt delivery 1–3 times. If delivery fails (e.g., incorrect address, recipient unavailable, phone switched off) the shipment may be returned to origin (RTO). We can arrange one re‑shipment within 15 days of RTO upon payment of additional shipping/handling charges. If you do not opt for re‑shipment within this window, the order may be treated as abandoned without refund of shipping/handling fees.
Address accuracy and changes: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address and contact number. Address changes are possible only before dispatch; once dispatched, changes may not be accommodated.
Authority to leave and acceptance: If you authorize the courier to leave the package at your address without a signature (or building security accepts on your behalf), delivery will be deemed complete at that time.
Title and risk: Title and risk in the Physical Products pass to you upon delivery at the address provided or upon handover to your authorized representative/agent/security, as recorded by the courier’s proof of delivery.
Inspection on delivery: Please inspect the parcel at delivery. If the outer packaging is severely damaged or tampered, you may refuse delivery and immediately notify us at support@nprep.in with photos within 24 hours so we can raise it with the courier. Acceptance of delivery will be deemed acknowledgement of receipt in good condition, except for latent defects not reasonably discoverable on delivery.
Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to courier constraints, strikes, lockdowns, weather, or governmental actions).
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS – PHYSICAL BOOKS AND NOTES
No returns or replacements: All sales of Physical Products are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for any reason, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect product ordered, delivery delays by courier, or dissatisfaction with content/format.
No cancellations after order placement: Orders for Physical Products cannot be cancelled once placed. If an item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may cancel the order (in whole or part) and process a refund for the unavailable item(s) to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, as required by law.
Transit damage, loss, or misdelivery: If your shipment is lost, misdelivered, or arrives with significant transit damage, notify us within 48 hours of the last tracking update or delivery attempt at support@nprep.in with your order ID, tracking number, and photos where applicable. We will initiate a courier investigation. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount recoverable from the courier under its policies. Any remedy (including re‑shipment or credit) is at our sole discretion and does not constitute a waiver of this no‑return/no‑replacement policy.
Cosmetic wear: Minor scuffs, dents, or bends to packaging or edges that do not materially affect the usability of the product do not qualify for any remedy.
Statutory rights: Nothing in this policy limits non‑waivable statutory rights under applicable law. Where required by law, we will comply with any mandatory remedies.
DIGITAL VS PHYSICAL FULFILMENT
Digital subscriptions: Access to digital content starts immediately upon successful payment for the chosen validity period; no shipment is required.
Physical products: Physical Products follow the shipping and delivery terms above and are distinct from digital subscription access.
